Basic Facts

You must complete all of the requirements to get your credit.

You must have the credit to graduate.

Everything (except the Grade 12 DPA Log) is due by Thursday, February 16, 2012

Check your progress on the Transitions Bulletin Board in the main hall near the office.

Extra copies of the assignments are in a little filing cabinet in the Main Office. Be polite.

Your Assignments

1. Personal Health – do it even if you’re in PE or Dance
2. Community Connections – if you’re in Ms. Mavety’s Work Experience Program, you can just write “In Work Experience” at the top of the sheet and hand it in.
3. Transition Plan – just do it.
4. GT Interview – we’ll do them all on Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Keep your ears open for more details.
5. PE Proof 11 and 12 – this is either a DPA Log, Dance, or PE class. You MUST have an X in both columns. Hand in some proof of last year’s physical activity.

Doing a DPA Log Online

Go to www.LearnNowBC.ca and create your account. You need your Personal Education Number (it’s on your report card).

Keep a weekly log of physical activity. Make sure it’s at least 150 minutes per week!

I will check the logs online. There is no need to email anything to me.
